My name is Andrea Ramsay and I am a proud Senior at the University of Florida majoring in Public Health with a Disabilities in Society Minor. My passion for helping others in need and public health service has led to my calling in life for Healthcare Administration, as well as community engagement work. The hands-on skills and experiences I've developed over this past year would not have been possible without the Gilman International Scholars Program, the National Society of Leadership & Success, and the UF Learning without Borders Program. Please take a journey with me as we all share together the wonderful opportunities available for students, especially those of underrepresented backgrounds that are looking for a mentor to encourage them in working towards their dream through a love for international service learning and a genuine appreciation for global diversity.
